  Received 2 calls that my Rx was ready. Called back and sat on hold for more than 30 minutes just to learn which prescription was ready. No one answered. I called back and sat on hold for another 29 minutes. No answer. Drove to the pharmacy and was told no prescription was ready.

  Walked in for a flu shot. Waited for over half hour after already taking care of all the paperwork. Was told multiple times that "she is washing her hands". There were maybe 2 other customers coming through the drive thru in that same time. And there were 3 other staff members behind the counter. I doubt she was actually washing her hands that whole time. I walked out eventually without getting the shot.
